Welcome to Ella D Bridalwear and the House of Ella D!
Ella D Bridalwear was established in 2004 to offer a bespoke wedding dress service in order for Brides to create the dress of their dreams. Over the years, I have accumulated an array of beautiful fabrics which now need a new life, this led to the creation of The House of Ella D. These fabrics have been turned into a One of a Kind Fashion collection and stylish Homeware products which cannot be bought anywhere else. To prevent textile contribution to landfill and global warming, the textile community must use fabric which already exists, like: off cuts, deadstock and vintage fabrics, Reinventing them to create something purposeful and unique.
The House of Ella D is a family affair. Me and my daughter, Mirella, together create pieces for Homeware as well as a collection of stationery products including: postcards, cards, bookmarks etc. Mirella is a Printed Textiles student at Plymouth College of Art.
